I love this vets, the service they give our pets is amazing but the lady I spoke to on the phone today to book an appointment was very rude, rather than checking with another member of staff about something I questioned she just said "Sorry I don't know, is there anything else I can do?" First experience of less than substantial customer service. Bit disappointed if I'm honest.

We took a litter of 9 to be vaccinated here which was the only vets that was taking one for puppies in the area at the time nearly 2 years ago which they was doing behind closed doors at that time my partner took them in to but had to go back to the car as forgot her bank card which she was only 2 mins but once she returned the puppies was already with the vets and she went to pay and was told a different price to the phone call which was double which she asked why and was told for the vaccines and mircochipps which we didn't ask for as they had already been chipped then the receptionist run in to the vets room but was to late for half of the litter as they had already chipped them making them double chipped if they scanned the puppies they would have found the chips which they didn't and they used the wrong vaccine as we only use L2 but they used L4
