Caught a Powell mini bus home from a friend's funeral, my wife lost her mobile phone so I phoned Powells several times to enquire if it had been found in the mini bus. The phone wasn't answered so I left numerous messages asking them to contact me either way to inform me if it was found or not...They didn't even have the decency to call me back or even acknowledge my calls.
