        I make an effort to go to Treherbert Post Office when possible, instead of dealing with the rude clowns who work here. They'll retire soon hopefully, so fingers crossed.

        Tale of two staff. One excellent, helpful and efficient member of staff, the other is rude and should not be working in a customer facing environment. Multiple times over the years too, knocks regular polite people for six when she speaks to them in such an awful tone
