        I was absolutely appalled that i was told 3 wks after my grandmother had passed away! When i made my weekly phone call to get an update i was told she was sleeping! I was told that her careworker had left! So i strongly suggest please dont leave your loved ones there! It has devastated me

        My gran is very upset because every time she uses her phone it says she is a resident of ty ross private nursing home. as she IS NOT a resident of ty ross ptivate nursing home but lives neerby.please remove this incorrect information as son as possible.
