Would 100% recommend this company they go above and beyond with their beautiful and well made furniture. I bought on line so was very sceptical but when it arrived i was overwhelmed. I ordered a 2 seater chesterfield but when it arrived it looked too small in my lounge and without any hesitation they exchanged it for a 3 str. I then rang a few weeks later with a query about a small problem, they insisted on collecting it and inspecting it at the workshop. They also corrected this very trivial problem (even though I wasnt really bothered by it) Absolutely 1st class service from all the staff and excellent aftersales service. Thank you Louise for your time and understanding and your very professional help. 100% recommend.

As living in northern ireland I was a bit apprehensive about ordering online but I'm really glad I did !! I received my 2 large 3 seater burlington sofas and I am really impressed by the high quality workmanship that has went into these sofas I just love them. Customer service is brilliant aswell and from ordering to production to delivery thankyou Thomas lloyd for my handmade sofas I'm so happy with them. I would highly recommend this company

I have bought 2 different sofas from Thomas Lloyd the first in 1993. It still looks fabulous and so comfy. I would recommend this company over any. Pay for quality and its what you get. Looking to buy another one soon. (Change of decor) so obviously Thomad Lloyd is without doubt the only choice. Can't recommend them highly enough...

Well Im shocked to see bad reviews as I have bought a few chesterfields 3piece suites in antique red over the years from Thomas Lloyd from the 1980,s through to the nourties and when I parted with them they were in fantastic condition still (only parted because wanted a different style ) I brought up 3 children whilst having my chesterfields always looked good for years and years I paid twice as much for a leather suite with another company sorry but nothing like my beloved chesterfields from Thomas Lloyd the company took a while to give me my refund and take my awful suite away after I complained about the poor quality so will def be back to buy another chesterfield soon as the decorating is finished its lovly to know Thomas Lloyd are still going
