Booked a last minute deal with tui Tonypandy and it was deal! Staying in a platinum 5 star resort for a price no other travel agents could compete with. Customer service was absolutely amazing and cant wait to book my next holiday with them. Booked our family holiday to Cyprus with Tasha, she ensured we were booking a suitable hotel for families and nothing was too much trouble. We informed her that some members on the booking have never been away as a family before, she made it very easy and stress free. Tasha went above and beyond and printed out a holiday ticket for the children who are now very excited. I cannot fault the staff at the Tonypandy store and will always book my holidays there now.

Booked a Caribbean cruise for 2024 with Tasha at the Tonypandy store. Tasha was very helpful & knowledgeable & made sure she knew what we were looking for before booking a holiday of a lifetime. Nothing was too much trouble even though we had lots of questions

Recently booked a holiday with Leanne who offered excellent customer service and made the whole booking process seamless. its very easy these days to just jump online and book via the website but you dont get that personal touch and expert knowledge compared to speaking to an actual person. Leanne was very accommodating of my requests and questions. Looking forward to a fantastic holiday and would definitely book through Tui Tonypandy again.
