Was told my appointment would be at 11. Arrived 20 minutes early to make it easier for them. 11:50 and Im still here waiting! No communication, no apology, no one is being seen, people are literally falling asleep in the waiting area. I told work I wouldnt be long, I didnt realise Id need to take annual leave to see a bloody doctor! And I dont want no thats not the norm rely, it is the norm, its disgusting, you should actually be ashamed.

What a awful doctors I've ever been to, my daughter gets ill with her tonsils most of the time, one doctor said it wasn't her tonsils even though they where red raw and enlarge, so took her back for another doctor to see her and given her antibiotics, before I even got the antibiotics she went from happy and running about to weak, sleepy, hot, temperature was 39.1, since now been given her antibiotics, she better in her self, why do I need to get a second opinion for a doctor to check her over.

Absolutely awful surgery. You can rarely get an appointment and when you do the doctor barely examines you. The receptionists are rude and dismissive. The equipment they use looks like it's from the 80's. On one occasion my 4 year old son was extremely unwell, they told us to wait until next day. They wouldn't even walk in the other room and ask the doctor what he thought we should do - We took him to A&E and they couldn't believe it when we told them. Today my partner called up because last night she had what we suspect is an asthma attack and could not breathe. Again, absolutely no help. The state of this surgery and the NHS as a whole is appalling. None of us should put up with this any longer.
