        Ordered pizza, delivered 10 mins later, not cooked, phoned up, was told to take it up after paying delivery, said they would deliver another pizza, didnt happen, phoned again, said shop was to busy to deliver, ended up that we had to take uncooked pizza back for the replacement, pizza this time was cooked, staff not helpful and rude

        Food arrived an hour early. Sent back and when redelivered it was the same food that had been kept warm. Lettuce was brown and slimy and rolls for burgers were soggy. Called to ask what was happening and whoever I spoke to was really rude and tried to say food had been cooked fresh. After some cross words we did have fresh food delivered but customer service was appaling. Wont be using again.
