Food is normally spot on and delicious but my child found a long strand of hair embedded in her chicken tonight which immediately put her off otherwise the food is superb.

I have been ordering from this place for 8 years and this is only the 2nd time there has ever been a problem with the food, 1st time which happened couple months ago there was a bone in the kebab we called they were very apologetic and refunded us no questions asked. We just ordered tonight and there was a green plastic nib from the top of the lemon juice bottle which was discovered by my husband halfway through eating his shish kebab, so we finished our food and then I contacted them to advise what happened and that I wanted a refund, they offered to send us a new kebab and I said I didn't want a new kebab as we'd already eaten and if we can just get a refund please he said why are you only calling now it's been an hr since you've had your food I explained we just finished work and it was discovered halfway through eating so called afterwards as we were hungry he then said he'll refund me but I was to never order from there again! Which I think is a real cheek considering we've ordered from there for 8 years and never had an issue until recently. I was passed on to 3 different people and the last guy I spoke to his attitude was disgusting considering they were the ones who left green plastic in our food! He said I remember you complaining before don't order from here again as if I was lying! So I said no problem I'll take my refund, you'll get a stinking review and I will return your plastic to you which my husband did! Never again after 8 years of loyalty!
