Awful experience with this company. Weather meant the job took forever which was not their fault but the workmanship is sub standard which led to our property being damaged due to their inability to protect anything. They hide behind the professional and friendly sales staff and send a strong arm to collect payment the second they believe the job is complete which is very intimidating and unprofessional. I would advise not to use this company.

Job took forever, standard was not as expected and very overpriced! I agreed to a price which was fair for what I expected to get. However I regretted this decision. Very messy work, ill prepared workmen- I had to provide hoses, dustpan and brush and a bucket so they could clear up. I also had to supply electricity and water which was not made clear to me at the time of quotation. Terrible job of tidying up afterwards, left rubbish and rubble all over street and neighbours complained! I would not recommend this company. When I complained to the manager, he took forever replying and it was always me chasing him around trying to find out when the work would be finished etc. scaffolding was left up outside our house causing a hazard for our neighbours for way too long after the job was completed because I refused to pay for the "cleaning down"!would not use this company again.
