Do not attend. Lost my information four times. No follow up calls and absolutely poor effort.

You honestly couldn't ask for a more helpful and dedicated team. They've gone above and beyond to help me with diagnosis that should have been caught decades ago. You can put your faith in them.

What's the phrase "couldn't organise a .. ....in a brewery Always cancelling appointment and not informing client Yesterday our son rang to check that his appointment was still current He was told yes Today's joke: An hour before his appointment (while he was en route)he was called and told the appointment had been changed to a telephone appointment This was after the MH Unit at Royal Glamorgan promised help and support and then discharged him with nothing at all Sorry Ladies and Gents you're on your own It's a terrifying concept to a person with Mental Health problems or to their families

CDAT (Community Drug Alcohol Team) are phenomenal. In comparison to services around the country this is gold star, whizz bang, red carpet treatment. I lost faith in the NHS but Jodi and her amazing team have treated me like a human being and always try to cut through the red tape, I cannot express how grateful I am, I support a payrise for the outstanding service you provide.

My experience has been traumatic and destructive. Challenging mistreatment has been met with abusive and coercive tactics. More time is spent creating a problems than solving them. Receptionists are the only positive about this place.
