        I was stuck in the drive through for over half an hour. When I finally got to the window I was told to park up. No problem. Waited 33 minutes until my food came. It came wrong and freezing cold. They did change it for me but this was over 40 mins later. Disgraceful Parking: Awful

        This place is an absolute joke. Nothing but problems, rude incompetent staff including managers who don't give two ****'s. Have had so many problems with missing items, missing extras, dirty food boxes, make you park up for 30-40 minutes sometimes only to bring you stone cold food with things missing, i think i've had warm food from here once, maybe twice. Tonight we ordered a delivery. A milkshake was missing, the one we got was barely filled and not only did they not give us any of the extras (extra onion, pickles and sauce), including the cheese which you pay extra for, they purposely gave us barely anything. There was ONE pickle placed perfectly centre on each burger. It was clearly on purpose to take the p***. Avoid this place like the plague.
