Ian came out to inspect my consumer unit when it started smoking around a week ago. He gave adivce over the phone of what to do, came the next day in his own hours and checked and tested the unit and ensured all connections were secured. He has since returned today and fitted a new board, completed a circuit so I know have a ring main and tested the whole house so I also now have a certificiate. Over the moon with the results and would always recommend Ian to anyone who needs help from here on out and would happily have him back the next time I need any work to be carried out. We needed a new consumer unit and a few other electric jobs to be carried out around the house. Gave Cowell Ltd a call and described all the issues that needed to be resolved. Ian was very understanding of the issues and came out promptly and replaced the consumer unit and completed all of the other jobs very quickly and in a professional manner.
