Just some quick advice.... Go elsewhere. Sloppy work, after sweet talking my elderly grandad to let them project manage, dragged a 1-2 month job over 8months at an insane cost of just under 30k. Had to go home from uni numerous times to get them to correct simple things such as the sockets being installed on a wonk, had to tell them to stop smoking inside the house so many times! Left rotten milk around the house over a month out of date. Paid close to 1k for them to make a utility room watertight... First proper rain and it was pouring in. 2 months after they left, the garage electrics, a simple outdoors standard light and one socket, stopped working and was deemed unsafe. I've never come across a company I'd reccomend less. To say they took advantage of my grandad who couldn't visit the site often is an understatement. We're even considering getting a small mortgage on the new house in order to get in a competent firm to correct their failings. Absolute joke.
