        Living in a past flood zone and one off your employees parks over my drain and goes home for the night

        Excellent service from Carl & Gavin today, April 19, 2023! They sorted problem of perished pipe blocking my drains just a couple of inches off my property. Quite tricky, as the hole they dug was surrounded by cables from sub-station a few feet away! Efficient, polite & friendly, Carl & Gavin are a credit to their firm! They even refused a cuppa & biscuits, saying thanks but they preferred to get on with the job! I have written to WW to state what a great job they did! So opposite to the crew from Griffiths Drainage who came, dug a hole & filled it back in again saying they weren't sure what to do & left six hours later!

        Would like to say how fast the service was as I made a phone call at one thirty and at four thirty the same day they turned up to clean my blocked drain and toilet. Dean was on his first week of call outs and it certainly wasn't a easy job he had. Fantastic service and highly recommend this firm
