What a place! Back in 2017 I had four new windows and one new door fitted into my property by a company called Direct Choice in Swansea! I bought my property in 2016 and thought I was doing a good thing by getting a company in to up-rate my uPVC windows and door! Recently these new uPVC units had started letting water into my property! By this time Direct Choice had now gone bust - no surprise there I hear you saying! Direct Choices insurance company wouldn't assist as Direct Choice didn't register the job with them and Fensa wouldn't back the certificate I have as Direct Choice didn't register the job with them either! In steps David and The Window Shop! David visited me during a challenging time - COVID-19 to give me a very reasonable quote, within weeks of giving me this quote the remedial work was being done! Now not only are my windows weatherproof but they are looking better than ever! I should of gone here in the first place! In the very near future I will be returning to see David's wife, Julie for some blinds to give my windows that finishing touch and at some point, I want David to put new uPVC units in the back of my property! My only complaint is that David wouldn't accept a cuppa on the job! Not like any other workman I've ever met before! Thanks guys! Support local businesses!

Dave came to fit a new living room window for me that was smashed, tried to fit in as soon as possible due to circumstances. Friendly, dependable and professional, excellent quality products. Woukd recommend.

Very good service staff and fitters very good clean tidy and polite had windows and doors fitted with them will use them again
