worst medical practice ihave ever used difficult to get an appt then acuse me of getting my times wrong then hang up on me during a phone call appt then rearrange a new appt and never rung me total waste of time no wonder people are dying total lack of care,compassion,i pay my NI but not worthy of getting help ,time to go private,nhs has gone to the dogs i used to have so much respect for them but no longer they just no longer care theres no excuse for poor care i am a human in pain and want to get sorted before its too late and i leave it too long and end up dying

This surgery used to be a fantastic one.. And COVID got a lot to answer for when I phone to speak with a doctor at 9am and told they phone u back this afternoon 16:53 still no call back I could be dead by then Or when you phone you have to tell the receptionist your symptoms 1st why is that even allowed over there..Our personal details men or women should never be told to a receptionist ever. So 3 stars is enough like I said that -Surgery used to be a fantastic one -
