Ive been going to this dentist for many years. Its based in a central location in Tonypandy with plenty of parking nearby and train and bus stations within walking distance. The staff are friendly however I am always hounded by phone calls txts and emails prior to my appointment which is extremely annoying and then when we arrive theres always forms to fill in, I would much rather do these prior to my appointment online especially when Im taking my 2 children with me. Our dentist is good very thorough and always receive good service.

I've been a patient at this dentist for about 2/3 months now, after not going to the dentist for about 10+ years. I've always hated the dentist so avoided it until now when my teeth have been awful, but Dr Krupali has been absolutely amazing. She is so lovely and skilled at what she does that I no longer feel anxious about going to the dentist. Would 100% recommend, thankyou so much!

I recently became a patient here because the wait to get an appointment at my local NHS practice became almost a year. I have to say that despite being hesitant, I am now extremely happy I have moved, as the quality and care I received really was superior in every way to my previous dentist so thanks to Dr Krupali Shah and team for providing such great service.

For just over a year me and my child haven't been able to go to any appointments due to constant cancellations. I understand emergency appointment etc but the most recent appointment we was not informed it had been cancelled and drove a distance to get there only to be told nothing can be done. I'm glad my child doesn't any oral health issues (to my knowledge as we can't get an appointment anymore) because this is ridiculous! I fear we will only be able to see the dentist again if it's too late and becomes an emergency. Very much considering going somewhere else.
