        why dont you just leave my parcel in neighbour or in my back garden. You take it all the way back to local office , the opening time is ridiculous, open at 8 am shut at 2 pm . i work all day . absolutely ridiculous. i would give you half star if i could .

        Why oh Why is this day and age do you keep insisting on taking my parcels back 7 miles to Clydach... knock a neighbours door like every other delivery service in the world. Also, what's the point in having a phone if you don't know how to pick it up?!
