Tried to post a parcel 1st class cashier at the back was too lazy to look at the parcel and put it to get posted to my address not the receiver her mistake cared too much about her phone. Wanted to point fingers for her mistake didn't offer a refund for the postage mistake she made. Sulked because she had to look for parcel. Just told to change the envelope and take it back down paying postage again. I will be making a official complaint to the head of the post office I hope it gets noticed. Avoid go else where
