Love the coffee and cake here. Parking can be difficult but worth the visit. Loads of seating.

Bit of a frosty reception from some members of staff, me and a friend were waiting to be seated (as it states please wait to be seated at the front of the cafe) several members of staff saw us and ignored us, we eventually sat ourselves down. As i thought a member of staff was approaching us to be seated he basically ignored us and ushered us out of the way. The lady who took our order was quite rude and made it feel like we was an inconvenience whilst taking our food order. We was waiting to be served as she stood having a chat! Service with a smile needs to be taught here! Although I must say a different male member of staff was brilliant, couldnt do enough for us. Quite a shame as the cafe itself is decorated beautifully and has a nice cosy feel and the food was absolutely gorgeous.x

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Hot Gossip in Treorchy and I must say, it was a wonderful experience! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a friendly atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The decor was tastefully done with a cozy vibe, and the lighting was just perfect for creating a relaxed and comfortable ambiance. The music playing in the background was upbeat and added to the overall positive vibe of the place. Unfortunately on this occasion I didn't try the food, however, the menu had a great variety of options and the prices were very reasonable. I had a cappuccino which tasted lovely and was nice and hot. But what really sets Hot Gossip apart is their exceptional customer service. The staff were incredibly friendly. Overall, I highly recommend Hot Gossip in Treorchy. It's a fantastic place to grab a drink, catch up with friends, or just relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The coffee is great, the prices are reasonable, and the staff are amazing. What more could you ask for?
