        I'm on my second bag of Brazilian Santos. Straight out of the roaster when I popped in last week. Left it to gas off for a couple of days. Put it through my grinder and used 20 grams to 500ml of water to do a pour over. One of the best cups of coffee I've ever had. The Vietnamese coffee is very good too. As hard as it is, try not to kidnap the dogs. They're amazing. Great choice of teas and fresh coffee beans. Definitely worth popping in.
