Cobra Workwear

Changed from our usual supplier and used Cobra workwear for the first time, their customer service was excellent from start to finish with all enquiries answered promptly. The quality of the embroidery is superb with no straggling threads and the new brand of polos and t shirts we choose were lovely quality. We've already placed a second order and will be ordering some Jackets soon.

Faultless service from Cobra workwear. Gethin has been so helpful nothing too much trouble. Quality of the uniform was brilliant nearly a year down the line and not a stitch out of place. I would very highly recommend

Avoid at all costs, wish I had read other reviews prior to placing my order. I ordered a coat at the end on 2022, still had not recieved it in Feb 2023, customer service stated they must have missed my previous email confirming I was happy with the proff design..... I requested a refund, and was told that accounts have been contacted, and to expect a refund between 7-10 working days, still nothing after 14 working days, I had to resort to getting my bank involved to reclaim the money. All in all a poor experience.

Needed an order sorted quickly, COBRA were brilliant from sending a quote over straight away, ensuring we were happy with the design and then getting the items sorted in time for the needed date. Couldn't fault from start to finish.
