Today, with no notice at all, The Chocolate House produced a spectacular afternoon tea for 8 of us, with sandwiches, sausage rolls, scones with jam & cream, chocolate brownies, fruit and more. I can't praise the staff enough. It was an important day for us and we had been let down by another venue so they really saved the day. Delicious food, lovely pots of tea and fantastic service. Thank you!

Just came from having a cream tea at the chocolate house in the heritage park and it was absolutely delicious. I was a bit wary since Im vegan and pre ordered the vegan option, I was joking with my friends that Id probably get a plateful of salad and an apple. I neednt have worried I had just as much to eat as everyone else. Dainty little salad and vegan cheese sandwiches with chutney. Crisps. A delicious vegan cheesecake. A vegan sausage roll. Carrot cake. A huge scone with vegan butter and strawberry jam and a few strawberries and grapes to finish off. Coffee and soya milk. I am stuffed to the hilt. Couldnt eat it all so they gave us boxes to put any uneaten food in to take home. I took the vegan sausage roll and the carrot cake and half of the enormous scone. Id eaten the other half and it was too delicious to leave the rest there. I would recommend this place. Beautiful surroundings and friendly staff. What more can you ask for?
