Initial conversion ok but when things go wrong do not expect any help. Will not respond to e mails, texts or phone messages. Problems after 5 months and 700 miles. Had to turn up at yard on spec to get something done.

Rubbish after sales told me that he would service before guarantee run out but now says he hasn't got time took bike to a bike shop and they told me it was a death trap back wheel fell off twice and front wheel had not been tightened properly rim is now cracking by all the spokes on back wheel sensors on front kept coming off bike has only done 400 miles on road back and foe work

Fabulous service great guy knows is job well and a Feb service done a great upgrade on my bike always kept me updated will definitely recommend to anyone

Great service and ebike kit well fitted to carrera crossfire 2. Some good info on setting parameters on the display, easy to deal with Freddie, great value compared with factory built bikes and also cheaper than most other bike converters. Would recommend S Leitch
