Had the once in a lifetime opportunity to volunteer at CWG and needed someone to look after my Daisy. visited one kennel and knew it wasnt for her but as soon as i visited Angela i knew her and her home were perfect. The garden, the homely feel, the choice of nap spots, fur friends, fuss and cwtches i knew it was perfect for daisy. Having collected her after her holibobs Daisy has had the best time with Angela. I loved receiving pictures videos and the updates of her adventures and adventures with her doggy pals - putting my mind at ease seeing her happy, content and settled. Daisy will be back for doggy day care and home boarded if needed and I will 100% recommend Angela to anyone

Our fur babies have always enjoyed their stay/group walks. Were always kept up to date with lovely photos and videos which we love and helps us feel assured that they are well and settled in. Knowing that Ponderosa Pet Services are listed with the council and that The business is insured puts our mind at ease. Spacious secure garden for our four-legged family members who are welcomed in as part of their family. Go visit Ponderosa and see for yourself :)

Woody my almost 10 year old Labrador loves to stay with Angela and her other fur babies. Having tried various kennels over the years, I have since found Angela at Ponderosa Pets, and can now finally book and enjoy a holiday without the anxiety and stress of leaving Woody behind. He was always stressed in kennels with a concrete floor and little company. With Angela, He could not have been made more welcome, living in the home, playing with other dogs, paddling in the paddling pool and digging in the sand pit. The garden is so safe and secure with plenty of sun and shade depending on where he fancies sitting. Angela sends photos of Woodys day and I could not feel more reassured that this is the best place for him whenever we go away. I cannot rate Angela and her care of Woody highly enough and I will forever be grateful for knowing her.

Our dog just loves staying with Angela, you can tell from the photos that you get sent that your companion is well looked after and indeed having their very own holiday. Highly recommended
