We popped in on a Friday evening without a booking and the restaurant dining area was full so we were told that we could wait for a table to open up in their basement bar which was full of character! Super cozy place with a fireplace! So not even 20 minutes later we were summoned as a table had just freed up and we were escorted to it. The service that the staff provided was excellent! Very friendly and attentive and the food was very delicious! Definitely recommend!

Very lovely experience. Brilliant food, well priced wines (food is top end of prices I'd pay but I'd say worth it). Really good atmosphere in general. Waiter was a bit shaky on the details of dietary requirements, but if we had needed too lI'm sure we could have got someone else to be clear. The cheeseboard is massive by the way, maybe share...
