Salty's Beach Bar & Restaurant

The food was delicious. Service was good. Went there for a Lobster and steak for my wife but was told they don't have any lobster or Hake so ended up ordering something else (lamb ) while eating her main the table next to us which arrived after us was having lobster . When we asked why and the answer was delivery just arrived with lobsters at 6pm on Saturday evening. If they were expecting it we wouldn't mind waiting 10/15mins before ordering food. The restaurant was almost empty when we arrived.

Came here by pure chance, was in Tenby for the first time and fancied fish n chips and found this restaurant on google maps. Super friendly welcome, managed to get a table without booking. Had fish n chips. Food was super hot and tasty although fish was on the overcooked side. Ended up moving to another table as was too cold near the door. Staff obliging and helpful. Do read some of the reviews as really interesting, especially the responses! Parking is by the hour. Nice place to visit by the beach!

We looked for a place to eat that we had not eat at before,it had to be by a beach or have a lovely view so we scrolled through Google maps to get some ideas of places to eat.after seeing saltys and then looking at the photos of the food we knew that was the place to eat for us.we took a lovely walked along the beach from kiln park to saltys that lasted around 25 minutes,the decor and placement being next to the beach was perfect and also had some lovely laidback music to fit the mood.after a few questions from my daughter we ordered our starters and mains and the Starters weren't too long before they arrived.we had the BBQ +jack Daniel's wings and the Ardennes pate and shared the two between four of us,both were lovely. We then had the Cajun chicken ,panko breadcrumb chicken burger,kids nuggets fries and salad,kids cheeseburger and fries...all were lovely and good ingredients and cooked perfectly..no dry butterflied Cajun chicken breast here,just soft and juicy .french fries were so crispy and probably the best I've eaten in the UK .. Then the deserts kids had brownie and ice-cream and wife had New York cheesecake and ice cream,the star here was the ice-cream.we had a lovely experience and they didn't rush us even though they were waiting to shut..will definitely visit again .
