Dont book with these people ,booked an easter break with them in September last year as we were attending a concert in Tenby only to have it cancelled by email less than a week before . Rang them and they said they were overbooked . They are still advertising rooms at 128 for the night ,it was 88 when we booked !! Make yor own conclusions Very Dissapointed.

Where to begin Firstly, I had to carry her obese dog to my own room because Madam thought it was gonna get mowed down by a 2 mph car that was parked. Miriam then went on to offer us the deluxe breakfast basket which she numerously told us contained egg & bacon rolls & FRESH JUICE. However the next morning we received a bewildering breakfast concoction of chicken strips, cereal bar (that contained nuts Im allergic) and 2 slices of stale bread. The fresh juice was in fact 2 capri-sun. Which she decided to shout and argue with me about being fresh? Then further denied ever mentioning bacon rolls. She refused to refund us the full amount as Id taken a bite of the bread. She finally agreed to refund us half of the money (7.50) however when we received the refund envelope later that day, it was EMPTY. We then had to go back to reception and query this, and shed forgotten to put the money in. Next up, wed booked a room with a hydro spa, however ended up with a small shower instead. When we asked Miriam about this, she told us we had to upgrade if we wanted a hydro spa, at an extra 80 A NIGHT. Again, she denied that wed booked this in the first place. Continuing on, we ate dinner in the lounge one evening (as we were the ONLY people staying here, cant think why) and wed left an empty carrier bag on one of the tables accidentally. The next morning we received an aggressively written letter from Miriam herself stating that we must not leave the lounge littered with our debris in respect of all the other guests. All ZERO OF THEM. Lastly, Miriam had the audacity to scream at me that she had NEVER had a customer complain about her services or breakfast in all her years. One quick google search later, reveals literal hundreds of complaints about this lady and the poor service (especially her awful breakfast baskets!). DO NOT STAY HERE, her constant forgetfulness and rude behaviour will have you questioning your own sanity. This is the only review we have ever left, but we feel the need to warn people!!

We stayed here earlier in the year and really enjoyed our visit. We also had our border collie with us which was no problem. We will definitely be back for another visit.
