        They dealt with my father in laws estate and were slow and had to be chased up. The solicitor dealing with things left and no one picked up the work until we chased up. They still have not returned documents nearly 4 years later.

        Sit on their hands, make excuses, close down conversations before you can hardly speak, unhelpful, make you feel like a nuisance. Profess to have expertise in Division of Title but only provide Land Registry with minimal paperwork + drawing. Left me having to deal with all peripheral concerns incl. imminent loss of electricity supply due to address not being registered with National Grid. No attempt to advise on what they WOULD do or what they would NOT do, leaving the assumption, having taken payment, they would deal in FULL with all matters concerning Division of Title. AVOID this company at all costs.
