Tenby's Ice Cream

Rude staff! I wish I hadnt spent money here! So frosty and unwelcoming I was surprised how rude they were. Awful

The ice cream was ok, but very expensive for what it was. E.g 6 pounds for two scoops in a waffle cone. Prices weren't displayed. The staff were nice, but the worst thing was the owner. Our dog ate a dog chew that was left in the corner next to a bowl of water on the side. The owner then said it wasn't for her and we should pay for it. This seemed very unreasonable given that it was left out, and given how much we had already paid for the ice-cream. Very discourteous customer service on his part.

Poor hygiene displayed as they handle ice-cream, flakes and payments (even cash) without gloves. I declined after seeing how they served their customers

I turned up phone in hand ready to pay and no bags on me. There was no sign on the ice cream bar facing the door saying about the 5 minimum and the girl had already made my single scoop ice cream before even telling me that there was a minimum charge. She suggested I buy a drink to make it up, I dont really like fizzy drinks and have water back at work but just grabbed one to save being awkward. 5.50 it came to! For a small can of Diet Coke and a stingy small scoop of ice cream in a tub. Would be one star if the ice cream wasnt actually quite nice, even for 2 bites!

Had two milkshakes today, for myself and my wife. Both were basically milk, with one small scoop of ice cream in there blended. So what we had was frothy milk with a slight taste of the ice cream. Not a thick milk shake one would expect at 4.50 each. Not impressed, and would not recommend for the milk shakes. Will check out the ice cream next time, or maybe go to a different ice cream parlour.
