I spoke to the manager as I was genuinely upset at this. Got very little in the way of an apology.
If I was in charge Id genuinely be trying to rectify the situation .
Please be nice to guests. We hadnt done anything to be treated this way.
Dont wish to come back here due to how the situation was handled
