Most horrible experience I ever had, place was cold, room temperature was about 14 degrees, if you need a shower you must be prepared to have it in near outside temperatures.owners going around 9pm and switching off lights in hallway and dining area, so if you will need a toilet better prepare yourself with torch. I am not talking about emergency, you,you will be running around in total darkness and without a clue where to run! There is one tiny fridge in hotel, food regularly disappeared from there's well. Avoid avoid avoid!!!

Disliked I have stayed in this place before, 2 years ago on more than one occasion and got to know the owners - Dean and Gemma - personally. This was in depth of pandemic and business was slow. This used to be an oasis for people looking for peace, calm and tranquil place to stay to reconnect with ones self and beautiful nature around. My last stay - one night - was as if this was completely different place run by someone else. The staff was not present when very rowdy and drunk group of guests causing problems were threatening us. We were told either to call police or go if we dont like it. People were leaving in the middle of the night or lock themselves in their rooms. No one slept. The owners/staff eventually spoke to us us via phone and cameras (yes they have cameras installed around communal areas everywhere but you are not told). Forget customer service, just plane rudeness and verbal attacks on me and other guests rather than admitting they should have someone there to deal with the antisocial behaviour or better still not to let situation like this to happen in the first place. Utterly shocking experience from place I used to call home away from home. Its very sad to see one very special place to lose itself and go down the drain in favour of fleeing profit. In addition - do not pay cash to them no matter how much they try to convince you! Always pay by card or some traceable means of payment and book via major platform!
