        Camped by the stream. Parking was busy as the chalets were full and there was a lot of double parking. This should vanish as there is a new parking area under construction. You can camp down by the stream (hike tents) or on the new terrace area they've built at the back of the site suitable for bigger tents. The showers were warm and cleaned regularly. The staff on site were all very friendly and helpful. Being an outdoor centre there's a load of activities you can book for kids. The site is in the heart of the Brecon's so there's a huge number of walks available as well. Would stay there again.

        Amazing landscape.loved it. Perfect place for the outdoor type person. Seeing as it was only 30 mins out of Merthyr I felt I was in the middle of nowhere and no signal on my android phone. Bliss Walking boots a must .Be prepared for walking up and down gradients too. Friendly atmosphere, and experienced staff great with the kids. Definitely returning for those views .
