Black Mountains Preserves

Second order from Black Mountains Preserves, and again an immaculately packaged delivery, arrived well protected and smartly presented that would have been a welcome gift presentation had I not intended 1/2 of the delivery for myself! The collection of seven various sweet & savoury preserves I've chosen look mouthwatering. I can't wait to try the new recipes and those with which I'm already familiar. Compared to mass produced preserves, these are more expensive, but the flavours of Black Mountains Preserves are unique & frankly 100 times better than even the best one can get in any supermarket including the food manufacturer industry acknowledged best (M&S). Having spoken at length with the Black Mountains Preserves chef, it's amazing how much time it takes to make these, all by hand by one (professionally trained) person, in small batches. Worth every penny. Thank you.

I've just tried the Black Mountains summer fruits jam - absolutely delicious - have never raved about a jam so much. Tastes just like jam should - full of fruit (and not just sugar) very yummy on toast. Jam is lovingly made (you can taste it) and jars are packed in boxes with care (you can see it). Will definitely try more and totally recommend to others. Thank you Helen at Black Mountains Preserves.

I'm not normally a fan of marmalade, but the Moroccan Marmalade from Black Mountain preserves is delicious! Customer service cannot be faulted. Will be back for more.

Love, love, love Helen's preserves. Her pink grapefruit marmalade is to die for. Not too sweet and the perfect texture. Her chutneys are glorious too!
