Absolutely amazing! Lisa made me feel so welcome as soon as I walked through the door for the first time. This is my 'safe place' and I can not thank you enough for everything you have done. The Yoga Nidra class helped get me through some of the most challenging times of my life and I will be forever grateful to have found this little gem.

Yoga Place Abertawe is a wonderful place to be. It is set in an old church and as soon as you walk through the doors you can feel the peaceful atmosphere. The yoga classes led by Lisa have helped me a lot as she ensures that your body is in the correct position so there is no chance of injury. Everybody is kind and welcoming! The best thing I ever did was to come here, not only for the yoga but also to try out the other therapies of which there are so many. Thanks to all at Yoga Place Abertawe for everything

A wonderfully healing environment where yoga and holistic therapies cater to all. Beautiful setting. Lovely people. Beginners yoga is just that, a gentle and welcoming experience. Can highly recommend pregnancy yoga too, the most relaxed I felt when pregnant! Visit and leave feel renewed, you won't be disappointed!
