Tino's understanding to individual growth is one of the most comprehensive routes Ive come across. To say the least the search is over and now its just time to do the work! I feel very lucky to have Tino guiding me through the process of his Linkwork Training program and going above and beyond what most teachers do. In only a year Ive experienced some strong shifts in my being, his system works. Its the strongest and most efficient system Ive come across in the last 8 years and believe me when I say I have looked. Tino in authentic, open, funny, patient, kind and very understanding. Its not easy to find teachers who possess all these qualities and care for his students the way he does. If you ever decide to work with Tino you will get to see there a lot more to him that meets the eye. I highly recommend working with Tino while he is still in the UK.

It is a privilege to be taught by such a dedicated, talented and compassionate teacher as Tino. Courses introduce exercises tailored to allow participants to advance in the internal arts on a physical, emotional and mental level. The training is supplemented by explanations which indicate the aims and future outcomes of the work. Training can be hard work but is undertaken in a friendly fun way which makes for enjoyable weekends. I can recommend Tino without reservation for anyone interested in advancing in the internal arts.

I'm very happy to have found such a knowledgable and skilled teacher of the Internal Arts as Tino. His private tuition and group/public classes in addition to his continued support have had a profound impact on my life. Since starting his Linkwork training course I have seen a dramatic improvement in my posture but also in my physical flexibility and strength as well as my emotional well-being and mental health. I am better equiped to deal with life's challenges and have released a lot of stored, historic tension from my body, too. I am incredibly grateful to Tino for this and cannot recommend him highly enough. The Linkwork course itself is physically, intellectually and emotionally engaging. It is hard but rewarding physical work and the practice itself is linked to ancient philosophy which Tino explains effortlessly every step of the way. I have studied under different Masters in China and feel Tino's experience and knowledge matches and perhaps even exceeds what I have experienced in China. I am very happy to have access to such knowledge here in the UK. His classes are designed for absolute beginners but are appropriate for those who already have some understanding of the Interal Arts. The atmosphere is very friendly and inclusive and the benefits are far beyond what I had anticipated. Thank you, Tino!!

Tino brings a wealth of knowledge with his talented teaching, not only with physical practice but also interesting philosophy discussions. He genuinely cares about his students and encourages them to spiritually grow. His respect for others, fun side, enthusiasm and caring nature make for a very supportive teacher. In a very short space of time I have seen remarkable results and positive changes in my wellbeing. The methods Tino teach have a ripple effect in every area of your life. For anyone looking for a positive lifestyle change, enhanced physical and mental health, I would highly recommend the Art of Growth. Tino works us all hard but we have a great laugh, whilst respecting the practice, which I feel is a great balance for growth. Blessed to be part of such a genuine and professional school.
