Not a serious company. They say one thing to do the sale and when is time for fitting you will be surprised. I will not recommend their service. Joker company

Bought our new carpet from Floors 4 U in Swansea. We were served by Paul,great friendly service and very reasonable price. Very professional & helpful couldnt have wished for better. Thanks again Paul.

Great when taking your money.. then couldnt care less after payment. They fitted the wrong runner, had to rip it up and re-order / fit a new one. After having the majority of the flooring fitted the fitter said he will have to do the rest in a few days time and asked for payment, we paid in full thinking nothing of it. Three weeks and 5-10 calls later he finally came round to fit the rest. Obviously couldnt be bothered and had other jobs to get on with. Numerous calls to floors4you, every time Paul promised a call back and never had one, always Ill call the fitter and ring you back but that never happened. Got sick of chasing them for an update. Considering they were only 50 cheaper we now wish we went with floor giants, they seem a lot more credible than these cowboys. 4 weeks later I still havent had a call to ask if the fitter has been, if the work is ok or even an apology. Shocking customer service!
