The Swansea branch is brilliant the staff are very knowledgeable but I order sign tray and etc from fabrication it took more than 10 working days which I have been told 7 to 10 working days I had a chat with fabrication manager Tom ford and he promised me I have some part of my order tmw and the rest after tmw unfortunately he couldnt even keep his promise and only he say apology which apologies doesnt solve my order also I told fabrication team how you treat your costumer Is absolutely not professional. Requesting the team to be more punctual in delivering the order please

Terrible customer service from this company, order placed 9 days ago still no delivery and no update, since covid 19 this has got worse month upon month this will be the last order. Also no update on when my order will arrive either, staff rude and not helpful at all. Avoid unless you don't mind waiting 2 weeks

Great Customer Service at this place never been before wife is new in the area of crafting with Vynal and we were a little inexperienced. Member of staff was super helpful and knowledgeable and even gave us some additional off cuts to test. 10/10 we will be back and spending much much more.
