        We got married in June 2018 and we were delighted with the initial service we received from this company however our experience has been tarnished by the fact that 19 months later we are still waiting for our DVD of the wedding and also the album we paid for over a year ago. We have tried to resolve this but have had to initiate all contact and are either given false promises or worse still no reply at all. We feel so disappointed and upset.
