Dean (business owner) is professional, friendly, experienced and has made our house buying journey a whole lot easier. Very reliable, and great at staying in contact with any updates. We were given a comprehensive report after Dean did his inspections. Very reasonable pricing too, especially with the service that you receive. We will definitely use Pioneer again if/ when needed.
