Never been before to the Neath branch before. The girl on reception was very welcoming and smiley. Everyone made a fuss of Wiggles (dog) so nice to see they cared. The vet himself was very knowledgeable, reassuring and answered all your questions. We were completely happy and went away feeling confident that everything was ok. 210% perfect. Would go there again in a heartbeat
