        I had a terrible experience with BVS, was promised a like for like machine in terms of selection but then they installed a mars machine which has a number of restrictions. Their sales manager was rude when i asked for assistance and ignored my request to change products even though i was promised flexibility at the start. I feel as though this company forgot about their smaller customers when they were given large contracts. I deal with a number of companies and contractors on a daily basis and i would say that my experience with BVS has been amongst the worst.
