Went down for an evaluation on my car, salesman told me that he doesn't think they will take it as it was a hybrid, despite the fact that they had the exact same model as my car in the showroom already and several other hybrids of the same manufacturer. They're also part of the FRF group, so why they wouldn't take it makes no sense to me. Got a phone call 2 days later offering me 1000 less than everyone else. I had already taken it to J&J in crosshands in the meantime, where the customer service was exceptional and the turnaround very quick and they didn't try to rip me off. Not sure if the salesman just saw a young woman by herself and thought he could easily rip me off because I had no idea about anything but luckily I work in the motorcycle trade and can spot a dodgy salesman when I see one.

I purchased a car which was delivered with a.small pull in the material on the seat which Bill the manager paid to be replaced, both Bill and Gemma couldn't be more helpful, Gemma was brilliant I would deal with her Again and highly recommend her.first class service.
