Went to the Neath store to look at a car, just so I have an idea on how much things are, told the sales person that I do not want help as I am just looking and I had no interest in getting a car that day. After 5 minutes, someone came and asked us what we were looking for, explained I just wanted something a little bigger than the car I currently have and I was interested in getting my car valued, after 10 minutes of him trying to sell a citroen c3 that I was not interested in, he finally left us to value my car which turned out to be 150, so that already raised alarms within me. I saw a car I liked but it had already sold, so we were ready to leave, then he showed up with another car, I showed my interest and explained that my credit might not be good so if I could have a credit check just to be sure, after an hour, they had me sign up to a lifetime warranty for a car that I'm not even getting, so now I am trying to get a hold of anyone to cancel anything they've done yesterday! Absolute scam artists
