Bought a X3 from these guys, had an issue with the gearbox, these guys came to collect car, had it checked out by their mechanics, fault was located and Paul at Briton sales paid for the repair. If you want to find out the quality of a seller in this area it's in their after sales service, and only 5 stars cover these guys for that, thanks very much indeed, very happy:)

Recently purchased an automatic ford focus from here, drove it home only to find the coolant disappearing with no visible signs of external leaks, and the heater not working in the car. Paul arranged for recovery of the car, and a few days later had rang to say it was fixed and ready for pickup. Haven't long got home and more than happy with the car, the coolant now remains where it should, and the heater also works as it should. If your looking for a good condition second hand car, I'd recommend having a look at Briton Ferry Car Sales first - Good customer service and more importantly, they won't fob you off like some other places do, which is always nice. All in all a positive experience :)
