James came to our aid when we were caught up in (what we thought) was a lot of unnecessary and difficult document processing and uploads of paperwork inc. site /location plans and drawings. He had agreed to work on our planning application within minutes of speaking with us and it literally took 2 days for him to complete the work we requested which in turn resulted in planning approval with only 2 small restrictions. He took away the frustration and anxiety of what seemed an impossible task. I would 100% recommend his services and without doubt would use him again if the need arose. Spoke with James regarding some planning advice to remove a boundary wall to enable parking access at the back of a property. James was really helpful and very thorough in terms of what would and wouldn't be needed. Excellent service, definitely give James a call if you need help with planning permission.
