A very poor experience here recently. When I check the time of my train (TFW) to Port Talbot it was showing 2 minutes late. This was no issue. I had to activate my mobile ticket to go through the barrier onto the platform. Then on the platform the display boards were showing the train was running 21 minutes late. I had an appointment and b waiting for that train it would have made me late. I asked station staff how I would get a refund as I activated my ticket but they were clueless. I ended up having to pay over 20 for a taxi and then had a 30 minute phone call to TFW to get a refund. TOTAL SHAMBLES!

Not great for parking unless you go to Morrisons. Not as many shops as thete used to be

A huge thank you to the two staff members who helped my husband and I on reaching Neath from our cruise. The first member of staff even remembered that we has booked for assistance but we had had to change our plans. The female staff member also helped us get a taxi. After a long journey it was great to be back in Neath and given such kind and helpful support. I don't normally write reviews but thank you both.
