        Work was booked in but he failed to turn up without letting me know. Tried calling him several times over a few days plus messages but no reply. Unprofessional to say the least. I had arranged to be at home so what a waste of time. The worse thing is that he came to price up the job and messure. Why in earth would you do that if you not going to bother to turn up when agreed? I've given up chasing..

        Excellent workmanship, arrived when said and finished job in timely manner. Already looking for next job to do. Unfortunately the second job didn't go ahead as Mark advised us to take up floor in prep for levelling on 29th November then ghosted us. Hence stuck with an uneven floor and a new kitchen in spare rooms for Christmas, thanks Mark ,hope Santa brings you what you deserve.

        Excellent workmanship. Mark tiled the whole of the downstairs of our house and also kitted and clad our downstairs cloakroom. Amazing and would definitely recommend him.
