        Martin agreed to call last Friday morning the 19th Aug to my bungalow in Bishopston. He did not turn. I rang him in the afternoon to ask where he was. All I had was a garbled apology about being out late the night before and driving down from the North of England? He said he was in Neath, apologiseed again and said that when he completeed the job he would travel over to sort my problem out. Thats the last I heard of him. Never rang, never texted, nothing. I realise things crop up on a job. I was self employed once. However, leaving customers in the dark is not a good way to treat them. They may be good engineers BUT customer service RUBBSH.
